The Treo has no problem receiving a call when browsing the web! That is a limitation of when you are actively connected to a 1xrtt data line, on all phones. GSM treo's have no problem with that.

Is seems that the iTunes and the mp3 RSS-feed is getting the mpeg4 audio, is there any feed for the good old fashion mp3 audio?

We announced that we switched our iTunes feed to AAC. You can use our regular MP3 RSS feed above. Thanks!

Just added http://podcasts.engadget.com/rss.xml to my iTunes (6.0.5.20/Windows), the XML gives the path to a mp3 audio, but for some reason iTunes seems to convert it to a m4a file. :(

Any one know prevent iTunes from doing this?

Ryan and Peter,

You mentioned that a nice feature on the Treo 680 was the inclusion of Google Maps. When I saw the video of this a few days ago I started searching for how to get it on my phone. I found the Java implementation you mentioned (didn't sound too appetizing) but also found that Google has released their version to the masses. Just point your Blazer browser to http://www.google.com/gmm. It knows what kind of phone you have and in the case of Treo 650 allows you to install it over-the-air. No GPS integration as of yet, but I'm sure we'll see it within a year...happy mapping!

so if palm os is at the end of it life cycle and windows mobile isn't quite usable, and you've mentioned before that you hat RIM's blackberry os what do you guys use? Symbian?
